Electric heating elements with UL/VDE and ROHS certificate of fuse and thermostat, Normally we call it mica heater,electric heating element,fan heater heating element, mica heating element,mica coil heater,heater element, mica heating wire and heating core etc.
Using OCR25AL5 or Ni80Cr20 heating wire,It can be done from 300W to 5000W, we use the automatic winding machine to wind the heating wire,we can do spring shape, V shape and U shape heating wire,quality assurance and improve efficiency. It is safe system with thermostat switch protection.
Electric heating elements are made of mica and OCR25AL5 or Ni80Cr20 heating wires, all material are comply with ROHS certificate. It is including AC and DC motor brow dryer heating elements. The heating elements system can be done from 300W to 5000W. Any size can be customized. They are widely used in household, commercial, industrial and medical applications, such as fan heater, room heater, electric fireplace heater, baseboard heater and convection heater etc.
